The citizens’ helpline for the coronavirus pandemic will shut down on 15 July
As of 1 July, there will be no restrictions on external border traffic. Therefore, the Finnish Border Guard's citizens’ helpline service will also come to an end. The service helpline will be shut down on 15 July at 4 p.m.
As a result of restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic, the Finnish Border Guard established a citizens’ helpline service, which has provided advice on border traffic. The citizens’ helpline provided by the Finnish Border Guard was intended as a temporary service and will no longer continue as restrictions at the Finnish external borders are lifted. Border checks will be the same as before the coronavirus pandemic.
